2025 Jim Barry The Florita Riesling

Tense, concentrated and racy with sculpturing acidity and a long, ultra focused finish.

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge across the outskirts. Intense lime and lemon scents jump from the glass followed by some Granny Smith apple, chalky talc, orange rind and flinty mineral notes. Tense, concentrated and racy, the palate is lined with mouth watering lime, lemon and green apple fruits which are sculptured by zippy, mineral infused acidity. Delicate orange rind, wet steel and flint elements also chime in. Finishes long and ultra focused.
Drink over the next 10-12 years.
