Light, supple and fresh with juicy red fruits and an elegant finish.

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Fragrant red cherry, subtle violet and strawberry scents are trailed by fresh herb, subtle forest floor and spice notes. Light, supple and fresh, juicy red cherry and strawberry fruits are featured over a brambly forest floor, rhubarb and spicy dried herb back drop. Polished tannins with an elegant red fruited finish of good length.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

There’s a real brightness and energy about this wine, with its burst of dark cherry and strawberry, with a little raspberry character. The palate has such vibrant fruit intensity balanced with some nice subtle oak and a necessary crunchy acidity that gives it life and energy through to the finish. That complexity and textural feel have come from the wild ferments and regular hand plunging four times a day. Lovely wine of great vibrancy. Drink 2026-2032.
