Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinted surrounds and a watery hue. Aromas of red apple, lime and honeysuckle drift through the nostrils with ample intensity followed by some orange blossom and subtle flinty mineral notes. Red apple, pear and lime fruits are underscored by some mandarin and gentle honeysuckle. Fresh yet relatively soft acidity with a supple feel across the dry to off dry finish that has a touch of minerality to it. (Must be purchased in multiples of 10 bottles only)
