Slightly cloudy red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a bright transparent red hue. Fragrant wild strawberry, violet, sour cherry, clove, spicy bramble and forest floor scents escape the glass. Juicy and vibrant, the palate sports wild strawberry, sour cherry and red liquorice fruits over a clove, forest floor and spicy cedar back drop. Energetic acidity and fine chalky tannins with a savoury finish that shows plenty of spice.
