A nicely fleshed light to medium weight Chardonnay.
Fermented and matured for 11 months in French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with green flecked edges and a watery hue. Nosing offers up aromas of nectarine and subtle grapefruit which are intermeshed with biscuity oak, pear and gun flint notes. Light to medium weight yet quite shapely in its feel, nectarine, citrus and grapefruit flavours overlay a delicate roasted almond, biscuit and gun flint infused back drop. Fresh underlying acidity with a nicely fleshed mid length finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
