An intensely flavoured Semillon Sauvignon Blanc with a long, dry refreshing finish.
Brilliant water like colour with green tinted edges. Herbaceous grassy aromas intermix with some gooseberry, lime and asparagus notes. Intensely flavoured palate with gooseberry and passionfruit combining with some lime, herbaceous grassy elements and a delicate minerality. Crisp acidity with a long, dry refreshing finish.
