Sappy and spicy with excellent textural volume and a long finish.
Made from Pinot Noir grapes. Salmon tinged colour. Spicy citrus and blood orange scents intermingle with some red apple skin and quince notes. Concentrated and shapely, the palate has a spicy flavour profile of strawberry, peach and blood orange fruits over some red apple and quince characters. Sappy acidity yet showing excellent textural volume, it finishes long and spicy.
