2025 Fighting Gully Road Pinot Noir
Light, fresh and elegant with a supple flow of red fruits.
This delicious Pinot Noir was made from two clones (114 and MV6) and comprises a whole bunch component, which was fermented separately using maceration carbonique. Each component was matured separately in new (40%) and seasoned Italian coopered French oak 500 litre puncheons for a period of 12 months.
Dark red core with black toned edges and a red to dark red hue. Perfumed like aromas of violet, dark cherry and wild strawberry mix with hints of anise, clove, bramble, cedar, forest floor and spice. Delicious dark cherry, strawberry and rhubarb fruits flow supplely across the palate with notions of brambly cedar, dried herbs, forest floor and spice lending further interest across the back half. Polished tannins finishing long, fresh and elegant.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
