Brilliant water like colour with green tinged edges. Herbaceous grassy top notes mix with gooseberry, passionfruit, citrus and asparagus notes. Zesty lime, gooseberry, passionfruit and grassy asparagus flavours are underscored by very crisp mineral infused acidity. Finishes dry and zippy.
