Tense and focused with steely acidity and a dry, snappy finish.

Brilliant almost water like core with distinct green tinted edges. Elevated lime and green apple aromas laced with flinty mineral and fresh herb accents are trailed by whiffs of lemon butter and wet steel. Tense and focused, lemon, lime and green apple fruits are framed by a line of steely like acidity. Some mineral flint and fresh herb elements linger across the back half. Bracing and snappy it finishes dry and tightly wound, carrying with it a steely feel.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

One of the great bargains of the '25 vintage. Extremely well made, with lemon blossom aromas and a beautiful core of soft citrus fruit. Gentle breadth, purity, freshness and weight. Essential drinking, whatever the season. Drink by 2029.
