2025 De Bortoli The Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir

Supple and juicy with medium length to the ripe, fleshy conclusion.

Dark red in colour with black toned edges and a vibrant red hue. Fragrant violet, red plum, dark cherry and anise aromas drift through the nostrils trailed by some dried herb and spice notes. Supple and juicy, flavours of dark plum, cherry and anise greet the palate with some subtle rhubarb and spicy dried herb elements sitting in the background. Polished tannins with medium length to the ripe, fleshy conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
