2025 Craigie Knowe Estate Riesling

A super scrumptious Tassie Riesling that shows superb concentration, drive and textural volume.

Located on the Freycinet coast of Tasmania, Craigie Knowe Vineyard was first planted in 1979 by then Hobart dentist John Austwick. Brilliant very pale straw almost water like core with highlights of green around the edges. Intense lime, citrus and mandarin scents jump out of the glass trailed by some green to red apple and flinty mineral notes. Mouth watering lime, citrus and mandarin fruits completely engulf the palate showing superb concentration, drive and textural volume. Crunchy green to red apple and flinty mineral elements are echoed across the back half. Crisp acidity with a long, super scrumptious finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
