Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and Jonathan apple aromas mix with whiffs of honeysuckle and quince. Well fleshed pear and apple fruits carry a slippery textured feel with subtle quince and wet stone elements lying underneath. Brisk acidity with a well rounded fruit driven conclusion.
