2025 Bindi Wines Dhillon Glenhope Vineyard Chardonnay

A gorgeously fleshed Chardonnay of ample depth.

Sourced from 30-year-old vines in the granite-rich soils of northern Macedon Ranges, this Chardonnay highlights both place and precision. Wild yeast fermentation and ten months on solids and lees (with 30% new oak) mirror the approach used for the Bindi Chardonnays.

Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinted edges and a watery hue. The nose features refined aromatics of white peach, pear, subtle dried honey and cashew which are intermeshed with nectarine, delicate biscuity nougat and spice notes. Rich, gorgeously fleshed white peach, nectarine and pear fruits meld into an eloquent back drop of cashew, faint dried honey, biscuity nougat and spice characters. Possessing plenty of depth and texture it has a long, beautifully shaped finish.
