Luscious and mouth filling with a long fruity finish.
A blend of 93% Pinot Gris and 7% Riesling with the Pinot Gris component fermented in neutral French oak barriques where it remained on lees for 4 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle flashes of green around the edges and a watery hue. Uplifted pear and red apple aromas mix with quince and spicy ginger notes. Luscious pear and red apple fruits are layered across the mouth filling palate with delicate honeysuckle, musk and gentle spice the back drop. Fresh underlying acidity with a long, fruity finish.
