Fleshy peach, nectarine and grapefruit flavours drive the palate with brisk acidity lending a fresh edge.
Wild fermented in French oak then matured on lees for 9 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach, nectarine and dried honey sail through the nostrils mixing with some crème brulee, biscuity nougat and spice notes along the way. Fleshy peach, nectarine and grapefruit flavours drive the palate with subtle biscuity nougat and gun flint elements sitting underneath. Brisk acidity lending a fresh edge to the mid length finish.
