Racy lime and lemon fruits with crisp acidity and a tense steely finish.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Lime juice and green to red apple aromas mix with lemon, orange rind and mineral notes. Racy lime and lemon fruits drive the palate with some green apple skin and flinty mineral elements lying underneath. Crisp acidity with some steeliness coming through on the tense finish.
