2025 Allegrini Corte Giara Pinot Grigio

Slippery textured with impressive concentration and a long, moreish finish.

The Corte Giara range is an offspring of the famous Allegrini family in the Valpolicella region. Together with a few select winegrowers, they created a concept centred around modern and eclectic wines, representing great value for money, with international varietals through to Amarone, Recioto and other classic wines of the Veneto region.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and red apple drift out of the glass with ample intensity mixing with some honeysuckle, musk, delicate quince and wet stone notes along the way. The slippery textured palate shows impressive concentration with delicious pear and red apple fruits overlaying a dried honey, lime and stony mineral back drop. Refreshing acidity with a long, slinky finish that’s highly moreish.
