A generously flavoured Chardonnay with lively acidity and a nicely fleshed finish.
Winemaker Larry Cherubino has fashioned a generously flavoured Chardonnay from the favourable 2025 vintage in Pemberton. Aged in a combination of new and two year old French oak barrels, it regularly delivers great value.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a glimmer of green to the surrounds and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and white peach are interwoven with biscuity oak, nougat and faint gun flint notes. Delicious nectarine, grapefruit and white peach fruits overlay a subtle biscuity nougat, melon and gun flint infused back drop. Lively acidity lending a brisk feel to the otherwise nicely fleshed finish.
