A cream tinged Chardonnay with a lingering butterscotch and bacon fat led finish.
Brilliant pale straw colour with green highlighted surrounds and a watery hue. Ripe peach and melon aromas have a toasty oak overlay with some spice end notes. Cream tinged flavours of peach, apricot and melon meld into a spicy butterscotch and toast background. Balanced acidity with a lingering butterscotch and bacon fat led finish.
