2024 Woodlands Wilyabrup Valley Chardonnay

A well fleshed Chardonnay with concentrated nectarine, pear and grapefruit flavours.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive green tint around the edges and a watery hue. Nectarine and grapefruit aromas dominate the nose with some subtle biscuity oak, almond, citrus and gun flint notes also evident. Concentrated nectarine, pear and grapefruit flavours carry a well fleshed feel across the mid weighted palate. Delicate dried honey, almond, citrus and gun flint elements line the back half. Good underlying freshness with a nicely shaped finish of ample length.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
