2024 William Fevre Chablis Champs Royaux

A gorgeously rounded Chablis with fresh acidity and a long fresh herb and stony mineral laced finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle flashes of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lime, pear and green apple scents greet the nostrils followed by hints of dried honey, wet stone, fresh herbs and a delicate oyster shell like minerality. Delicious pear, lime and green apple fruits carry a gorgeously rounded feel as they flow across the palate. Infusions of fresh herbs, stony mineral characters and oyster shell unfold across the back half. Fresh acidity with a long shapely finish that’s laced with fresh herb and stony mineral elements.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
