2024 Warramate Chardonnay

A well fleshed Chardonnay that shows ample intensity along with a fresh mid length finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach, nectarine and citrus have a delicate dried honey overlay with hints of biscuity oak and spice in the background. Fleshy white peach and nectarine fruits are delivered with ample intensity over a subtle back drop of melon, faint dried honey and spicy biscuity oak. Nicely shaped it has a fresh mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

Some pressing included and some mlf. A very bright green gold. Vibrant and fresh with aromas of fresh pear and nectarines. A gentleness on the palate which is composed and well balanced, with fine acidity rounding out a wine to drink now and over the next 2–3 years. Drink by 2029.
