Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Delicately scented nose with grapefruit and citrus aromas intermixing with green apple and gun flint notes. Light and elegant with a fine line of fresh acidity, flavours of grapefruit, green apple and citrus carry a vibrant feel across the palate. Subtle infusions of gun flint and minerals linger through the back half. Nicely fleshed energetic finish.
