Midnight black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Lifted dark to black cherry and liquorice aromas mix with dried herb, scorched earth and subtle spicy cinnamon notes. Richly fruited with a juicy feel, chewy tannins back a flavour profile of dark to black cherries, liquorice, earth, dried herbs and spice. Mid weighted it finishes with ample freshness and a savoury aftertaste.
