2024 Tornatore Etna Bianco

Snappy and energised yet nicely rounded texturally with a long zingy mineral laced finish.

Made from Carricante grapes aged for 4 to 6 months in a mix of steel and cement tanks. Brilliant pale straw colour with straw tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and lime infused with Mediterranean herbs combine with some volcanic rock and saline like notes. Snappy and energised yet nicely rounded texturally, the palate features delicious pear, green apple and lime fruits over a fresh herb infused back drop of minerally crushed rock and saline like characters. Crisp acidity with a long zingy mineral laced finish.
