2024 The Dagger Pinot Grigio
Nicely shaped pear, green to red apple and lime fruits featured over an energised, stony mineral back drop.
Fruit was sourced from the King and Alpine valleys. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of green apple, citrus and lime are trailed by some flinty mineral notes. Nicely shaped in its flow across the palate, pear, green to red apple and lime fruits are featured over a stony mineral back drop. Crisp acidity with a refreshingly energised finish.
Drink over the next year.

Other Reviews….
Pale straw in colour and brimming in wildflowers, lemon, quince and pear aromas. Super fresh and packed in tangy acid crunch. The Dagger elevates grigio into a sophisticated wine with nashi pear, quince and citrus flavours drizzled in lime-lemon citrus and delivered with the kind of vibrancy that grigio drinkers love to see. Drink by 2028.
