2024 Tellurian GSM

Established relatively recently in 2002, Tellurian has quickly established itself as one of Heathcote’s leading producers. In addition to Shiraz, they have expanded their vineyard plantings to include a multitude of Rhone and Italian varieties. Heathcote’s warm days, cool nights and ancient Cambrian soils are ideally suited for the production of this Rhone styled blend which was matured for a period of 10 months in seasoned French oak barriques.

A bomb of flavour with juicy dark fruits exploding across the palate.

Deep dark red black core with a purple red tinged hue. Delightful raspberry, liquorice, ripe dark cherry and dark plum aromas jump out of the glass with wonderful intensity. Whiffs of incense and peppered dried herbs are also evident. The rich, mid weighted palate delivers a juicy explosion of spicy dark raspberry, liquorice, cherry and plum fruit. Infusions of incense, scorched earth and peppered dried herbs the undercard. Boasting ample freshness, outstanding concentration and velvet smooth tannins, it has a super long, power packed finish that’s bursting with succulence.
