2024 Tellurian EVO Shiraz

Supple and refined yet fresh with succulent blue to dark fruits.

Matured in older oak with 10% whole bunch inclusion and a splash of Mourvèdre in the mix. Midnight black heart with a deep vibrant dark red purple tinged hue. Elevated ripe blueberry, liquorice and plum aromas are interwoven with vanillin cedar, earth, subtle clove and peppered fennel like notes. Rich juicy blueberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits flood the mid weighted palate with notions of delicate clove, spicy vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered earth elements lending further nuance. Supple and refined yet fresh, it has fine velvety tannins and a long, succulent finish.
