2024 Tar & Roses Sangiovese

A generously fleshed, mid weighted Sangiovese with a slightly chewy feel to the long juicy finish.

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark cherry and red currant flow through the nostrils followed by some dried herb, subtle liquorice and spicy earth notes. Rich dark cherry and ripe red currant fruits carry generous flesh across the mid weighted palate backed by notions of liquorice, earth and spicy dried herbs. Fine grained tannins with a slightly chewy feel to the long juicy finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
