Rich and textured with a persistent finish that carries a beautifully rounded feel.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and ripe nectarine scents drift through the nostrils followed by some baked apple, dried honey, biscuity nougat, light cashew and spice notes. Rich creamy textured flavours of peach, pear and dried honey are layered across the mid weighted palate. Biscuity nougat, cashew and spice elements are dispersed across the back half. Nicely balanced acidity with a persistent finish that carries a beautifully rounded feel.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
