Lean and light with brisk acidity and a herbaceous aftertaste.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Green apple and lemon scents interact with hints of asparagus and some herbaceous grassy notes. Herbaceous gooseberry and delicate lemon butter flavours are light and lean in their flow across the palate with some grass and stony mineral elements the undercard. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a herbaceous aftertaste.
