Partially fermented and aged in French oak. Brilliant straw colour with straw green highlighted edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, bees wax and lemon butter are trailed by subtle almond and spice notes. Rich peach and pear fruits meld into a creamy textured back drop of bees wax, lemon butter and spicy almond. Fresh balanced acidity with a well rounded, spicy almond laced finish.
