Certified organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinted edges and a watery hue. Elevated white peach and ripe nectarine aromas have a distinct dried honey overlay with some crème brulee, biscuity nougat and spice notes also evident. The rich, creamy textured palate features concentrated peach, nectarine, dried honey and crème brulee flavours over biscuity nougat and spice characters. Balanced acidity with a long, mouth filling finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
