2024 Palliser Estate Riesling

A crisp, juicy, mouth filling Riesling.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with green toned edges and a watery hue. Distinct lime, orange rind and green to red apple scents blossom out of the glass with hints of honeysuckle and stony mineral notes also emerging. Mouth filling lime, mandarin and lemon flavours are backed by crisp acidity. Subtle notions of honeysuckle, wet stone and minerals are also highlighted. Finishes dry, long and juicy.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

An excellent bouquet filled with scents of white rose and blossoms, stony mineral suggestions, lemon and apple then a white spice and white peach quality. Fragrant and enticing. Taut, crisp and dry as the wine touches the palate, flavours of white fleshed fruits and citrus reflect the bouquet. Lengthy, salivating and delicious, a perfect aperitif expression and clearly an excellent choice with crunchy fresh appetizers. Best from late 2025 through 2034.
