Rich and gently creamy finishing long, refined and gorgeously rounded.

Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Delightful scents of white peach, dried honey and nectarine are complimented by biscuity nougat, cashew and spice notes. Rich fleshy white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours meld into a cashew, biscuity nougat and spice back drop. Gently creamy textural feel finishing long, refined and gorgeously rounded.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

From the Rising vineyard in St. Andrews. Partial mlf and 10% new oak. Brightly coloured, with a subtle bouquet of nectarine, peel and light marine scents. This builds gradually on the palate before finishing with good tension and subtle spice. I can see this continuing to build and become more complex over the next six to 12 months. Drink by 2029.
