2024 Oakridge Chardonnay

Generous in its flavour yet possessing a refined feel.

Fermented in barrel and matured on lees for 9 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with hints of green around the edges and a watery hue. Drifting through the nostrils are scents of white peach, nectarine and dried honey followed by biscuity nougat and subtle gun flint notes. Generous in its flavour yet possessing a refined feel, white peach, nectarine and dried honey are featured over a biscuity oak, nougat and gun flint infused back drop. Nicely shaped it finishes long and fresh with a hint of emerging creaminess.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
