2024 Morris Rutherglen Bin No. 186 Shiraz

Sweet and liqueur like with slightly chewy tannins and a coconut edged conclusion of modest length.

Aged in American and French oak hogsheads. Impenetrable inky black colour with a very deep dark red black tinged hue. Ripe black cherry, liquorice and dark plum scents drift through the nostrils trailed by vanillin oak, mocha and spice notes. Rich black cherry liqueur and liquorice fruits meld into a sweet vanillin oak back drop that also has some spicy mocha characters evident. Slightly chewy tannins with a sweet coconut edged conclusion of modest length.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
