Nicely shaped and concentrated dry white with brisk acidity and a fullish finish.
Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Pear and ripe apple aromas mix with hints of dried honey and spice. Nicely shaped and concentrated, the palate features pear and Jonathan apple fruits over a wet stone and delicate lime back drop. Brisk acidity finishing texturally rounded and fullish.
