Rich, concentrated and creamy textured with good underlying freshness and a long finish.
Aged in new and old French oak for 5 months with 100% malolactic fermentation. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinted edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peach, honeycomb and nectarine fill the nostrils with hints of butterscotch, crème brulee and nougat also chiming in. Rich, full and creamy textured, the mouth filling palate is layered with fleshy white peach, nectarine and honeycomb flavours over a crème brulee, subtle bacon fat and spice back drop. Finishes long and concentrated with good underlying freshness.
