Brilliant very pale straw colour with green toned edges and a watery hue. Lime, green apple and citrus aromas sail through the nostrils followed by some wet slate, oyster shell and mineral notes. Frisky acidity underpins lime, red apple and orange blossom flavours. Honeysuckle and slatey mineral elements ensue. Energetic river stone like feel with a long refreshing dry to off dry finish.
