Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach, nectarine and cashew flow from the glass with hints of dried honey and spicy nougat also evident. Beautifully shaped, the palate has an attractive flavour profile of fleshy white peach, pear, nectarine and subtle dried honey over cashew, spicy nougat and flashes of flint. Fresh finish with a gentle creamy feel to the long aftertaste.
