2024 Lethbridge Pinot Noir

A savoury Pinot with a prominent dried clove component and long, spicy finish.

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Nosing shows a strong whole bunch presence with intense dried clove top notes followed by dark cherry, rhubarb, smoky earth, bramble and spice notes. Rich dark cherry, strawberry and rhubarb fruits are married to dried clove, earthy bramble and spice characters. Supple mid palate feel with polished yet structural tannins. Amply powered it finishes long and spicy with a prominent dried clove component.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

Red and black fruits, with a hint of reduction, a mineral undertone, a floral lift and an almost smoky, peaty edge. The palate is mid-weighted with finely tuned tannins and a plush mouthfeel, framed by a fine structure and a savory touch from 50% whole-cluster fermentation. Delicious and balanced. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
