Brilliant very pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Pear juice, lime and guava scents are complimented by fresh Mediterranean herb and minerally saline like notes. Light and zesty, the palate features lime, pear and crunchy green apple fruits over infusions of fresh herbs, guava and flinty mineral elements. Crisp acidity with the long, elegant finish energised with a mineral like salinity.
