Fruity and airy in it’s feel with a dry tingly finish that’s very refreshing.
A buoyant mousse slowly fades into a very pale straw coloured base that has a stream of delicate bubbles flowing through it. Nosing evokes aromas of citrus, pear and gentle sherbet followed by some red apple and delicate chalky lees like notes. Fruity with an airy mouth feel, delicious red apple and pear flavours are featured over a lemon sherbet and subtle lees back drop. Vivid acidity with a dry tingly finish that’s very refreshing.
