A bright, juicy mid weighted Shiraz.
Aged in cement tanks for 10 months. Deep black dark purple colour with a bright dark purple hue. Elevated aromas of fresh dark plum, liquorice and blueberry escape the glass followed by some gentle earth and peppered fresh herb notes. Juicy ripe plum, liquorice and blueberry fruits meld into a scorched earth, vanillin spice and peppered herb back drop. Fresh underlying acidity with polished tannins and a finish that’s both energetic and succulent.
