The benchmark for Gruner Veltliner in Australia. Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, green apple and lime flood the nostrils followed by whiffs of guava, fresh herbs and wet stone. Concentrated and textural yet mouth watering, the palate is awash with pear, guava, lime and green apple fruits. Crunchy acidity with some fresh herb and stony mineral infusions also apparent. Ample in it’s volume it finishes long and scrumptious. Dual Trophy winner.

Generous aromas of white peaches, yellow apples, white pepper, fresh herbs, guavas, Asian pears, slate and spices. The palate is plush and rounded, with a slight phenolic grip, fresh acidity and a mineral-edged and well-balanced finish. Nicely constructed, with lovely purity. Drink now. Screw cap.
