Crisp red apple skin and quince flavours with lemon butter and stony mineral characters in the background.
Bright straw colour with some green tints around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted pear and red apple aromas mix with whiffs of honeysuckle, quince and lemon butter. Red apple skin and quince flavours meld in a subtle back drop of lemon butter and stony mineral characters. Crisp acidity. Finishes dry, picking up traces of dried pear and bees wax through the aftertaste.
