Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Nectarine, lemon and bees wax scents mix with hints of buttered toast. Rich cream tinged white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours are counterpointed by lively acidity. Notions of crème brulee and lemon butter linger underneath. Finishes a touch edgy with medium length.
