2024 Escarpment Sauvignon Blanc

Snappy and concentrated with a long refreshing finish.

Brilliant water like core with highlights of green around the outskirts. Citrus and delicate passionfruit aromas combine with some herbaceous grassy elements, gooseberry and green asparagus. Mouth watering passionfruit and guava flavours are intertwined with lime, a subtle grassiness and mineral characters. Excellent concentration with snappy acidity leading into a long refreshing finish.
